BLACK PHOENIX
ASPHALT RESTORATION

Our Services

Industrial Sealcoating

Using our 10 year sealer, we can sealcoat your driveway giving it that dark black brand new appearance. This will keep the sun from baking it out, water from getting in, and create a barrier to protect against chemical spills.

We fill and seal the crack preventing water from seeping in. We are one of the only companies in the area who cuts cracks out replacing the linear area with new asphalt. Using this technique, the crack is not only fixed, but totally removed!

Crack Restoration
Pothole Repair

Using our diamond blade saw we'll cut out a picture frame around your pothole, dig everything out, and fill the square hole with new asphalt. After tack coating the new asphalt, we are sure the patch will last at least 10 to 20 years, maybe even longer.

-Bringing asphalt driveways back to life, for a fraction of the price!

The 3 Silent Killers of Asphalt

1. Water

The most destructive force for asphalt. When there're cracks, even small cracks, water seeps into the base layer, then freezes expanding your asphalt driveway by 9%. Repeated cycles of this leads to: alligator cracking, potholes, and the widening of existing cracks, increasing the damaging cycle.

2. UV Rays & Oxidation

Signs of this are your driveway is turning grey. This leads to brittleness, with your driveway losing flexibility.

3. Oil, Fuel, and Chemical Spills

Because asphalt is petroleum based, it's highly susceptible to other petroleum based products. When these chemicals get onto your asphalt driveway, it creates a soft spot.
